The Asian Business League of San Francisco seeks to empower Asian Pacific American professionals with a leadership role in their work place and in the community they serve.

Through various seminars and workshops on topics that are relevant in the work-place in today's business environment, we bring together our members and speakers who are leaders in their respective fields to share their experiences and know-how on leadership.

We are especially proud to have launched a unique executive leadership program for APA women called, "You are the CEO of You!". The program has been developed to address issues and challenges confronted by minority women, specifically, Asian Pacific American women in today’s business environment.

Unlike other leadership training programs, "You are the CEO of You!" is aimed to provide a clear roadmap for participants to take charge of their careers and personal success through an interactive training series. This innovative six-part series combine presentations by experts with interactive break-out sessions to produce individual action plans. The program is limited to a small number of participants who are selected through an application process based on the criteria outlined in the program.
